Yes, I'm in Vienna this week, receiving a course on DSL equipment, cause I'm learning things about this technology.
I will post some photos about this pretty city, that until now doesn't seem to have a lot of ambient.

Sí, es cierto. Sólo como apunte. Y es que cada vez más gente va a la India a operarse. Los costes son bajos y la capacitación técnica bastante alta, por lo que por ejemplo, una operación de corazón puede costar 40.000 dólares en EE.UU. y sólo 4.000 en la India.
Entre India y China nos van a poner bien las pilas como no nos apliquemos bien.

It starts to be a common thing: Go on medical tourism to India, so you can have a surgery done there. The costs are low and technical capacity of the doctors is fairly high. Heart surgery can be up to 40.000 $ in US but only 4.000 $ in India.
China and India are pushing really strong.
